This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Profit X Edu AI's paid plans ("Pro — Monthly", "Pro — Yearly", and any future plans), purchased in-app via Google Play Billing.
Mentorship programme (Basic/Advanced) is NOT covered by this policy. Mentorship is fully and immediately non-refundable and non-cancellable once the Mentorship Subscription Agreement is signed and payment is made — see that agreement's Section 10 for the governing terms.
Quick summary: Plans are currently purchased only through the Android app via Google Play Billing, as auto-renewing subscriptions — your plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the renewal date, via Google Play's own subscription management. A website checkout is not currently available. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you're eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment as long as you haven't completed more than 20% of the paid content.
1. How billing works
Android (Google Play Billing): Plan purchases are auto-renewing subscriptions. Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each new period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Google Play Store's "Subscriptions" section — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period; you keep access until it expires.
Web: A website checkout is not currently available — all paid-plan purchases happen through the Android app via Google Play Billing.
Purchases made through Google Play Billing are also subject to Google Play's own refund policy in addition to this one.

3. How to request a refund
Email profitxeduai@gmail.com with your registered email and your Google Play order ID (found in the Play Store app under Menu → Subscriptions, or Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds for Google Play Billing purchases are processed by Google to your original payment method per Google Play's own refund policy; we'll help you request one and, where a refund is due under this policy, will pursue it with Google directly.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
