Terms of Service — Profit X Edu AI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Profit X Edu AI mobile application and any related services (together, "the Service"), operated by Profit X Education ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Profit X Edu AI is a gamified financial-education app. It teaches concepts in stock market investing, trading, personal finance, and related topics through bite-sized lessons, quizzes, and game-style features (XP, streaks, badges, leaderboards).

2. What the Service is NOT

The Service is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any security, or a substitute for advice from a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser.
The Service does not provide live or real-time market data, and does not include any trading or paper-trading simulator.
We are not liable for any financial decision you make based on content in this app. Markets carry risk; past patterns discussed in lessons do not guarantee future outcomes.
The Service does not promise, assure, or guarantee any specific investment return, profit, or trading outcome, in any form (percentage, points, or otherwise). Any example, strategy, or backtested figure shown in a lesson illustrates a concept only — it is not a projection, prediction, or promise of what any real investment or trade will earn, and historical/backtested performance does not indicate future results.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information (email/mobile) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login/OTP access secure. One account is intended for one individual learner.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some content/features require a paid plan (e.g. "Pro — Monthly", "Pro — Yearly"). Current prices are shown in-app before you pay.
Payments are currently processed only via Google Play Billing, on Android. We do not store your card or Google account credentials. A website checkout is not currently available.
Android purchases via Google Play Billing are auto-renewing subscriptions — your plan renews automatically at the end of each period and your payment method is charged again, unless you cancel before the renewal date from the Google Play Store's "Subscriptions" section. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account with others for commercial redistribution of paid content, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content ownership

All lesson content, quizzes, graphics, and the Profit X Edu AI name/branding are the intellectual property of Profit X Education. You may use them for personal learning only, not for redistribution or commercial use.

7. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove features, lessons, or pricing at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting active subscriptions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit X Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial/trading decisions made after using this app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh.
